Battery Internal Resistance Monitoring System

Battery Internal Resistance Monitoring System

Battery Internal Resistance Monitoring System monitors key data such as battery voltage, charge status, and load, and controls the charging and discharging process.

ADC Power’s battery monitoring system enables comprehensive monitoring of battery voltage, current, and other critical parameters to ensure battery health.

Features

Battery Internal Resistance Monitoring System (BMS)

Monitor

Monitor

  • Real-time status monitoring
  • Early fault warning
  • Convenient operation
  • Maintenance management
  • Preventing sudden power failure, electrolyte loss, thermal runaway, and overall scrapping of lead-acid batteries
Battery Group Controller

Battery Group Controller

  • Measure string voltage, charge & discharge current via Hall sensor.
  • Send order to cell sensor to calculate SOC & SOH.
  • Equalize voltage of whole string.
Battery Cell Controller

Battery Cell Controller

  • Measure cell voltage, internal impedance and cell temperature from negative pole.
  • Each cell sensor communicates with each other through DL-BUS protocol. Data is uploaded to PBAT600 via RJ11 cable.

– ADC Power’s battery monitoring system enables comprehensive monitoring of battery voltage, current, and other critical parameters to ensure battery health.

– Measured parameters include cell voltage, cell internal resistance (impedance), cell temperature, string voltage, string current, tempeature, and string state of charge and state of health.

– It can measure Max 648 pcs 2V battery cells, Max 300 pcs 12V battery cells.

– It is used in data centers, UPS systems, telecom base stations, and energy storage systems to detect battery degradation early and prevent unexpected failures.
